Forming and welding in one integrated solution
The roof training machine is designed as an integrated solution for manufacturing container lids. An inserted round plate is first clamped on one side and then pulled into shape with a presser — directly on the same machine.
The combination of forming and longitudinal seam welding in one operation makes it a 2-in-1 solution developed exclusively by Klumpp Welding. In principle, this design can also be used to weld containers above the machine.
