‍The vertical circular seam welding machine offers maximum flexibility for workpieces of different sizes. The components are precisely positioned and aligned using adjustable clamping lengths and hydraulic push devices. Two synchronized rotary axes enable clean, circumferential seams — even with hard-to-reach or large-sized components such as pressure vessels, tanks or special housings.

Model RN-H

‍This machine is designed for precise welding of rotationally symmetrical components in a horizontal position. The workpiece is rotated continuously using a CNC-controlled turntable while the welding head is guided in a stationary or linear manner. The clamping is carried out using workpiece-specific devices — ideal for thin-walled cylinders, rings or flanges with a continuous round seam.

With this machine, the component is rotated during the welding process while the container is gradually built upwards. An integrated apparatus forms the sheet specifically during the process — for example to connect cooling walls directly to the machine.

This version is suitable for connecting pipe segments and for welding circular seams along defined 3D contours.
