Reliable positioning for demanding welding positions
A welding turntable makes it easier to precisely position workpieces and gives the operator consistently optimal access to the seam — regardless of the process. In both WIG and MAG welding, the rotatable bearing ensures clean seams, better accessibility and consistent quality.
In addition to increased working speed, a turntable also improves occupational safety — particularly with heavy components that can be moved in a controlled manner without clamping.
KS-SF 160-400 quick-release chuck
The KS-SF 160-400 quick-release chuck allows tool-free clamping via the outer ring. With just a 1/4 turning movement, the workpiece can be securely clamped in around 1.5 seconds.

KS-DSA series rotary tables
The heavy turntables in the KS-DSA series are designed for precise positioning and swiveling of large workpieces. The sturdy double column design, the closed turntable head and the integrated welding current transmission make it a robust solution for demanding welding tasks. Depending on the design, workpiece weights of up to 20,000 kg can be achieved.

KS-DSZ-350-5000 Series Rotary Tables
The KS-DSZ 350—5000 series turntables have a double column design and are designed for turning and swiveling workpieces. The motorized swivel movement is carried out via a toothed segment, pinion and servo-current brake motors; the faceplate is infinitely variable in speed. The swivel range is 135° and the design is absolutely self-locking. Depending on the construction size, different weld seam lengths and mandrel diameters are possible.

KS-D30 series rotary tables
The KS-D 30 rotary welding table is a compact turntable for mechanical welding of small parts and for positioning workpieces in a weld-appropriate manner. The faceplate has double ball bearings and is driven by a continuously adjustable asynchronous electric motor. The self-locking gearbox allows the workpiece to be held securely in the desired position. Optionally, the turntable can be expanded to include control and positioning systems for automated welding processes.

Rotary tables KS-D 100/300/500/750
The welding turntables of the KS-D 100/300/500/750 series are compact turntables for mechanical welding and the appropriate positioning of workpieces. Depending on the design, they cover load capacities of 100 to 750 kg and can be adapted to the respective application with various additional options. The series is robust, equipped with integrated welding current transmission and can be expanded for various welding tasks.

KS-DSE 750—3100 Series Rotary Tables
The KS-DSE 750—3100 series welding turntables are designed with an eccentrically mounted swivel head and therefore enable different working heights and the positioning of workpieces even in overhang situations. Depending on the size, they cover workpiece weights of 750 to 3100 kg. The machines have a large swivel range, a continuously adjustable rotary movement and a completely closed housing to protect the drive components. With various additional options, the turntables can be adapted to different applications.
