Circular seam welding in a horizontal workpiece position
The RN-H horizontal circular seam welding machine is designed for precise welding of rotationally symmetrical components in a horizontal position. As a machine carrier with a CNC turntable, it rotates the workpiece continuously while the welding head is guided in a stationary or linear manner.
The clamping is carried out using workpiece-specific devices, tailored to geometry and component dimensions. The machine is particularly suitable for thin-walled cylinders, rings or flanges with a continuous round seam.
