Longitudinal seam welding machine
basic version

The basic version of the longitudinal seam welding machine is intended for classic applications and focuses on its core functions. It is used for automated welding of straight seams on rounded sheets or cylindrical components.
The workpiece — such as a container — is positioned below the machine and fixed using suitable clamping systems. The basic version can be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic clamps. The welding head moves along the prepared joint edge and carries out the welding process reproducibly.
The machine has various locking pins and allows the integration of different welding devices. The process used is selected in accordance with the material and the quality requirements.
This version forms the basis for other machine types. Advanced functions such as lift tables, mechanical pressure presses or automated additional processes are implemented in separate variants.
