Multi-axis welding using tactic table model 3D-TT

With the 3D-TT model, workpieces are routed intermittently through several automated welding stations — without robotics. Each station is designed for a specific seam shape or component position and works with permanently installed linear or rotary axes.

The control table takes over the transport of components, so that welding processes run in short succession and with high repeatability. The version is particularly suitable for series with complex geometries, which focus on high cycle rates and robust process reliability.
