Robot with integrated turning/swivel table model 3D-RD

This compact solution combines an industrial robot with a CNC-controlled swivel table. As a result, workpieces can be precisely aligned in space and positioned in several axes.

The robot guides the burner, while the rotat/swivel table dynamically tilts and rotates the component. In this way, complex welding positions can be realized on rotationally symmetrical or angular components. Even with changing geometries, the seam remains continuous without the need for wrapping.
