Model KNS-FX

This butt seam welding machine is equipped with an integrated conveyor system that automatically positions components and ensures consistent welding conditions. Model KNS-B

The basic model of the KNS series impresses with its compact design and precise stitching. Suitable for simple fillet seams on sheet metal structures, housings or frames. The machine can be individually equipped with various burner systems (WIG, MIG/MAG, etc.) and adapted to component dimensions.

Model KNS-R180

‍With the integrated 180° turning function, components can be welded efficiently on both sides without manual clamping. The system enables a continuous welding line on butt seams on the inside and outside, saving valuable set-up time. Ideal for frame structures, housings and components with symmetrical seams.

Model KNS-MT

‍This model was specially designed for large, not exactly repeatable shipbuilding plates. The integrated seam tracking automatically records the actual seam path and adaptively follows the torch. This results in robust, low-distortion fillet seams even with difficult tolerances. The machine was developed for maritime steel construction and large components.

Model KNS-GP

‍This special solution combines welding and pressing in one cycle. Specially developed for the economical production of gratings, the machine first positions the crossbars, presses them mechanically and then welds fully automatically in one run. The result: high quantities with consistent quality.
