Chipless forming for individual geometries and molded parts

Spinning machines enable sheet metal parts to be formed into conical, cylindrical or curved shapes without cutting. This involves drawing a sheet metal plate over a rotating mold model using a pressing tool. The process is ideal for workpieces such as bottoms, hoods or tapered components, which are then further processed or welded. The pressing process offers a high degree of flexibility, particularly for individual geometries and medium batch sizes

In the basic configuration, we provide a significantly robust machine that is concentrated on its essential core functions.
Round cylinders can be turned and welded on the turntable or roller table; tanks with feet are not intended for this version. In this case, the cylinder is moved via individual floor rollers. The drive is carried out by three motors, the drive in the spinning machine being designed as a frictional lock.

Robust round seam smoothing machine for more load capacity
The robust version of the machine is designed for press thicknesses of 2 to 10 mm. For this purpose, the welded construction is made with additional steel and ribs and the bearing and contact pressure of the cylinder is increased to 12 to 25 tons. This version cannot be combined with a higher design.
Circular seam smoothing machine at higher height for extended pressing range
The height of the tower is increased to 2,600 mm. This area contains the center of the rollers, which take over the subsequent pressing or pressing of the workpiece.
Round seam smoothing machine with grinding device in the middle
For sanding the inner seam, we offer a belt sander attachment with a pneumatic pressure unit. The unit is floatingly mounted via a proportional valve and is equipped with a suction device which can be connected directly to suitable filter technology. The filter technology itself is not part of the offer, but can be added later.
Both the belt speed and the contact pressure of 0.5 to 6 bar can be adjusted via the PLC. The grinding device is mounted on the same telescopic arm as the gas shower, but on the opposite side. If the gas shower is not configured, there is a corresponding additional charge for the telescopic arm.

In this version, the length of the tower is increased to 2,000 mm. In this way, workpieces up to a length of 2,000 mm can be pressed.
Longitudinal seam welding machine in larger length for extended pressing range — closed design variant
The length of the tower is increased by 1,000 mm per position. One side is equipped with a hydraulic lock to secure the unit against bending open. In this way, workpieces with a length of up to 10,000 mm can be pressed.
