Our roller blocks are individually designed to meet the customer's requirements — in terms of size, dimensions and load capacity. Heavy-duty applications with component weights of up to 400 tons can also be realized. The design is project-specific and is not bound to fixed load limits.
Roller block systems KS RB 5000 60000
The KS-RB series roller block systems are designed for turning and positioning cylindrical workpieces. They consist of two separate base frames, which can be positioned variably depending on the length of the container. The rollers are mounted on sliding slides and allow flexible adjustment to different workpiece diameters.
It is driven by an asynchronous gearmotor with stepless speed control. Depending on the design, additional drive rollers, synchronous drives or special roller designs can be integrated. The systems are designed for different payloads and can be configured on a project-specific basis.

Roller Blocks Series KS-RBB-2100- 3100
The KS-RBB 2100-3100 series roller blocks consist of two freely positionable base frames, which can be set up at any distance from each other. The drive is provided by a DC gear motor with an internal sprocket transmission, while the control and operating elements are integrated directly into the drive unit. The system enables an adjustable circumferential speed of 0.1 to 1.5 m/min and is suitable for container diameters of up to 4500 mm. The rollers are positioned using pins, which allows the system to be adapted to different workpiece sizes.

Roller blocks series KS-RB-600-2100
The KS-RB 600—2100 series roller blocks are designed for internal transport and turning of containers and pipes. Depending on the design, they cover different diameter ranges and offer an adjustable speed of 0.05 to 1.5 m/min. The series includes compact solutions for smaller workpieces as well as variants with pendulum rockers and synchronous drives for larger containers and pipes.
