Longitudinal seam welding machine

The basic version of the longitudinal seam welding machine is designed for classic applications and focuses on its core functions. It is used for automated welding of straight seams on rounded sheets or cylindrical components.

The workpiece — such as a container — is positioned below the machine and secured using suitable clamping systems. The basic version can be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic clamps. The welding head moves along the prepared joint edge and performs the welding process reproducibly.

The machine features various locking pins and allows the integration of different welding devices. The process used is selected based on the material and quality requirements.

This version forms the basis for other machine types. Advanced functions such as lift tables, mechanical pressure presses, or automated additional processes are implemented in separate variants.
