Longitudinal seam welding machine for top component guidance

This version of the longitudinal seam welding machine is designed to assemble the component above the machine. In contrast to the classic design, where the workpiece is located below the system, the container or rounded plate is positioned above and welded in this position.

In this variant as well, the machine precisely guides the welding head along the prepared joint edge. Clamping systems, welding processes, and the degree of automation correspond to the project-specific versions of Klumpp Welding's longitudinal seam welding machines.
