Robot with integrated rotary swivel table

This compact solution combines an industrial robot with a CNC-controlled swivel table. As a result, workpieces can be precisely aligned in space and positioned in several axes.

The robot guides the torch, while the rotary swivel table dynamically tilts and rotates the component. In this way, complex welding positions can be achieved on rotationally symmetrical or angled components. Even with changing geometries, the seam remains continuous without the need for repositioning.
